Agents: Are you ready "to dance?" Are you ready to embrace new innovations that will put you streets ahead of your competitors?
Shall we dance?
Yesterday, I conducted the first two live demos of our new system, and the responses were quite revealing. One agent found it so compelling that they admitted, "We need to kill this—it levels the playing field too much." Now, they're faced with a real dilemma: partner with us to gain a first-mover advantage or try to keep our innovation out of their competitors' hands.
This situation reminds me of past experiences. With my previous industry-standard system, 86% of agents who saw a demo ended up buying it, which gave us an unassailable position in the industry for many years. I vividly recall those Property Computer Shows—agents would come to our stand, sit through the demo, pay a deposit, and leave without even grabbing the freebies that our competitors were handing out. We strategically used the worst-positioned spot at trade shows to buy a larger space and amplify our presence. Despite being furthest from the entrance, agents passed by all the better-funded competitors just to see what we had to offer.
When I think back to my previous clients who've trusted me—Richard Martin, Mike and Andrew Goddard from Belvoir, Arun Estates, Thamesview, and many others from leading firms—I'm reminded that this new innovation is even more compelling. It addresses a need that 85% of agents have, and I'm confident it will make just as significant an impact as my last system did.
I'm regarded by some as 'the mad scientist of proptech,' but as Steve Jobs famously said, "the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are usually the ones who do." I already know I'm leading this charge—now it's time to see who's ready to join me.
So, who's in? And if you're not ready to dance just yet, I get that, but don't be offended if I dance with your mates.
