Can we send property feeds to you like other portals?
Absolutely! The set-up process for property data feeds is usually quick and easy which we’ll guide you through during your onboarding call with us.

Will I have an account manager like other portals?
At WiggyWam, we do things differently. We don’t believe our users should pay unnecessary costs. We believe in efficiency. You’ll find a supportive online community, with our team quick to respond to any questions or issues you have.

Do we get a business profile to promote our agency?
We like to overdeliver on the value, so you’ll get much more than that! Your business will be listed in our powerful Service Provider Marketplace where prospects can find and interact live with you directly – with no interference from any middlemen. It’s a much more transparent way to do business!

What additional revenue streams do you offer agents?
We provide a number of products that you can offer to clients as an added value service. These help speed up sales and protect buyers and sellers should a deal collapse. 

What's the benefit of choosing the yearly plan?
It’s the gift that keeps on giving - by choosing to pay upfront you get 12 months for the price of 10! Can’t say fairer than that really!

What payment methods do you accept?
For ease and simplicity, you can pay via PayPal – even if you don’t have a PayPal account. We’ll be adding more payment options soon as we grow. Please contact us if you’d prefer to pay via another method.

Can we list both commercial & residential property?
Yes. Your branch can list unlimited commercial and residential property and land.

Why is my CRM charging so much to send data to You?
This is one of the unfortunate practices in the industry where a select few CRM providers want to hold your data to ransom and dictate to you who you can share it with! Don’t worry though - if we encounter this situation, we have an excellent workaround for your ultimate peace of mind!

What happens if I cancel my recurring payment?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We hope to build lifelong connections with our community, so if you’re not feeling it, we’d love to know why you’ve decided to leave. Please contact us as we'd appreciate your feedback so we can help improve for our community.

Do you offer any kind of reward or affiliate scheme?
