Benchmark Your Estate Agency With The Movers & Shakers Survey 2020

At WiggyWam, we're on a mission to move the UK property industry forward. One of the ways we're delivering on that mission is through our Movers & Shakers report 2020.

Having worked in the property industry ourselves for most of our careers, we know just how archaic things are. By gathering insight from the UK's Estate Agency Owners we plan to shine a light on the current state of the industry, and identify ways for you to improve your own agency, and the industry as a whole.

The goal of the survey is simple – to find out answers to questions you would love to know the answers to (but may struggle to find). Here are some examples:

• How do our rates compare to other Estate Agencies?
• How much should I be spending on marketing?
• Is my business innovative enough to win?
• How come others are achieving significantly higher gross margins?

This is your chance to benchmark yourself against your peers and find out where you stand once and for all. For the first time ever this report will give agents the power to truly compare with others in their immediate locality as well as against regional and national averages. By correlating performance data with strategic insight, we intend to highlight what the UK's top-performing estate agencies are doing differently to the rest.

The survey will take just a few minutes, with answers largely in multiple-choice format. The survey is completely anonymous. No data is captured to identify you or your agency whilst taking the survey nor in our final report so there are no concerns over confidentiality.
