Finding the "best" person for the job doesn't guarantee the result - some of the most qualified professions have their fair share of rogues.

The Bernie Madoff's and Epstein's of this world. All perfectly capable and qualified but still hiding behind the "mask".

Trust comes from transparency and that transparency requires vulnerability - if they are not prepared to embrace vulnerability, ask WHY Not?

We can still do business together but it then becomes a simple transaction rather than a trusted relationship.
