If you lead with the same as every other estate agent, namely Competence, that of claiming to be "better than", or the "Local Property Expert", don't be surprised when a potential client rejects you.

They prefered another story. Another pitch. Another valuation or fee.

If you lead with Character, however, those potential clients aren't invited to compare - How do you compare Kindness to Ambition? It's a simple choice, not a comparison.

And when they know WHO you are before they even meet you, it's more than likely that you're the first choice.

Yours to lose if you aren't authentic.
