When A Good Person Meets A Bad System.
The system always wins.
Every business "trainer" encourages, to the point of obsession, the benefits of Competition.
Why?
Because if clients did not have to compete and were simply themselves, the "gurus" would have no clients.
Here's the problem - competition eventually destroys business. It's not survival of the fittest. It's the stupidity of playing an infinite game and expecting a finite result.
Finite games are evident in sport - known rules, known players, set periods of play.
Business is not finite.
Much as those heading up businesses appear to think it is.
