What do you do? It's a straightforward question.
Depends on who is asked.
Homeowners looking to instruct an estate agency will probably say that estateagents sell homes. Hopefully. That's it.
Estate agents will probably say that they achieve the maximum price for the home in the least amount of time.
It's complicated.
The result of something isn't what you do - what you do is how the result is achieved and that's where this industry falls down.
There is no real inspiring narrative about the actual role of the agency ( or the conveyancer).
It's the things we don't see that make them worth the fee.

Everyone involved in the transaction is invited to the space and assigned to their Milestone and Tasks. If for example, a solicitor didn't want to have to login to the platform and instead prefers to only communicate through the agent, then they just need to provide an email address so they receive notifications when tasks are completed by other members.
The agent can manage the solicitor's task list, simply ticking them off when the solicitor updates them. When tasks are ticked off, everyone is notified instantly to both their online inbox and to the external email they are registered with. Everyone is on the same page. We believe this adds additional value to the role of the agent, who basically 'project manages' or 'co-ordinates' the transaction (there isn't a lot to do but the impact on buyers and sellers is huge).
