Homeowners are uninformed when it comes to judging the competence of any estate agency. When we add in that any agency can claim pretty much anything in terms of valuation, "customers waiting", "award-winning", biggest market share, quickest number of days from listing to completion etc. etc. the poor, unfortunate homeowner is really at the mercy of the "sharks" that prey on the vulnerable.
Vendors NEED PROTECTION when it comes for them to sell their home. They don't need a guide. They don't need an "expert". They need to feel safe - from the easy promises.
Question is: Have you the courage? Or are you the shark?
If you don't have the courage, or you aren't the shark - it could be your agency's turn to become the victim.
The sharks don't care much whether they win - just so long as your agency loses.
