Changing The Way Moving Home Is Done In The UK By Joining Up Everybody Involved In The Sale

By ChrisSoltvedt in General 32 views 28th Aug, 2026 Video Duration: N/A
What makes WiggyWam powerful is not one feature. It is what happens when everything starts working together.

The Moving Hub gives buyers, sellers, estate agents, conveyancers and brokers a shared place to keep the transaction moving, with better visibility, communication, documents, tasks and progress. But that is only one SMALL part of it. WiggyWam also has its own property portal, directly connected to that wider transaction environment, so the journey does not have to stop at finding or marketing a property.

Then there is the Marketplace. This is not simply another directory where you create a profile and hope somebody finds it. Its fully interactive and integrated with everything else. Agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. can showcase their business, respond to users actively looking for services and generate leads from people already inside the WiggyWam ecosystem. Because those relationships can continue through Property Workspaces and the Moving Hub, reviews can be far easier to substantiate against genuine activity rather than relying entirely on anonymous or false claims we see elsewhere.

And it goes further again. WiggyWam is also a marketing engine. Members can publish their own articles, podcasts, videos and other content, build their profile and demonstrate their expertise directly to the people they want to reach. All of this sits within WiggyWam's own social network, making the whole environment interactive rather than a collection of static listings and advertisements.

That is the part I think people sometimes miss when they first look at WiggyWam. The Portal, Marketplace, social network and Moving Hub are not separate products bolted together. They are designed as one connected ecosystem, taking somebody from discovery, to conversation, to choosing professionals, to moving home.

For professionals, that means something much bigger than another piece of PropTech. It means somewhere to be discovered, win business, build reputation, market expertise and then actually work with the client through the transaction itself.
