A point to be mindful of in respect to National Conveyancing Week and Similar Tradeshows, It does not follow when they are finished that everyone will start performing as required after they are ended.
Stark reality is 1 in 3 Property Transactions a year become Abortive and conveyancing time frames are protracted and up to or more than 150 Days.
That will not change much after tomorrow and the end of National Conveyancing Week,In my opinion.
It is expecting too much of everyone to change in an instant in respect to all of them doing what is required to change the stats I reference above.
An oversight of the "Great & the Good At Every Level"........................How can Committed Vendors,Committed Buyers,Committed Development Site Owners of every size of Development Project & Committed Property Developers be certain to receive sale/purchase certainty in Legal Completion time frames I know to be possible unless they have all received the "Instruction Manual" so they know what they have to do,when they have to do it and the Nominal extra cost to attain that degree of certainty,speed and time frame,Ably Assisted by those with the Expertise and knowledge to provide it.
