Lumo Trains Accessibility Video - Ocean 3D Virtual Tour

By Ocean3D in Video Production/Virtual Tours/Editing 120 views 11th Mar, 2025 Video Duration: N/A
Lumo Trains are a main-line rail travel provider with a strong customer focus. They recognise the need to make travel on their service as accessible as possible for all commuters, but that there is a proportion who find getting on a train stressful and overwhelming; and those who need more information to plan their journey due to mobility issues. Ocean 3D partnered with Lumo to produce a 3D Virtual Tour of one of their stunning Hitachi electric trains, which have certainly made a difference with their existing and potential customer base, who to date have viewed the Tour almost 10,000 times!

Agents should make it known there is a virtual Matterport tour on listings, so at the very least it can be picked up in keyword searches. We built wiggywam initially based on the EstatesIT additional fields which includes all the accessibility and so on, however it is pointless given CRM providers do not populate them because Rightmove isn't providing them. We are hoping to get around this with a new AI search (coming soon) which will also tell them if there are things like matterport tours etc.   More ...
