I could not find the relevant specific Clio Video in respect to Effective Use of It By Legal Aid Solicitors To Issue Bills.

To assist a third party private tenant from being evicted and being rendered homeless or a Rough Sleeper I have been researching all related matters.

Ideally he needs a specialist Housing Solicitor who accepts Legal Aid cases.

My Quest/Task is to help him establish if he is eligible for Legal Aid,Find and Select and Appoint a Solicitor to defend and protect him from becoming a Rough Sleeper.

I have drafted a summary document of what the Judge and the Court is demanding from him within 28 Days from yesterday.

The Solicitor Acting For The Landlord's Agent,The Judge and The Solicitor who may Act for the Private tenant can then at some point after what has been requested has been provided by solicitor can then discuss,debate and agree a point of Law that will impact the decision the Judge makes that ultimately will impact the tenant and whether he becomes homeless or worse a Rough Sleeper.
