Defending Possession Claims for those Eligible For Legal Aid That Is Illusory & Instead Funding Future Legal Bill Fee Liability By Means Of Crowdfunding.
If those eligible for Legal Aid to defend themselves against Eviction and becoming Homeless or worse a Rough Sleeper are unable to instantly find Free Legal Advice and a Legal Aid Housing Solicitor to Act for them at the point of Acute Need of it then alternative arrangements and solutions are needed.
At the time of writing [27th May 23] I am not certain if Crowfunding is a way of those facing eviction is an alternative way of raising the cash to to pay Housing Solicitors to protect private tenants from becoming homeless or worse rendred a Rough Sleeper.
I have a scope of related tasks that covers most of what any effective housing solicitor can be expected to cover to protect any private tenant from getting evicted by the courts. [Avialable on Request]
There will be a similar document,post possession,if landlord obtains possession,of what a Housing solicitors can do to assist private tenants to be rehoused by council if they are unable to find suitable place to live.
For the purposes of my research into all this,I will focus on how practical it is for those who struggle to rapidly find a Legal Aid Housing Solicitor to instead pay the legal bill by cowdfunding.
To come up wit a solution that works,rather than any private tenant who is being evicted to try and raise the entire amount that covers the full scope of related services I will break it down into Component Parts. Withh Assistance of Housing Solicitor I will Fix A Price to cover everything.

2.Only for a Solicitor to Draft and File all related Evidence and Defence to for example counter lies and false accusations made by private landlord. [Thats Nice and Easy to do]
That will give a Fundraise Target of £ XXX that is likely to obtain full fundraise in the 30 day fundraise period set by Crowjustice[Unless they grant extension if needed to avod any possibility of Tenant not geeting Legal Funding Via their Platform and ending up on the Street]
