Property Portal/ Interactive Property Platform Wars.
Some of the Challenger Portals Have Ceased Trading/Gone Bust and/or their Websites Gone Down,Not Least Boomin Founded by Original Owners of Purplebricks Group PLC Now brought to brink of Bankruptcy by Inept Board of Directors who don't know what they are doing.
Of course there is a Better Way,But who is going to Deliver it to Vendors,Buyers,Development Site Owners anmd Property Developers?
I have 2 Accounts on WiggyWam currently and in an informal way have been looking into related matters to establish how it should advance forward with its offer to the 19,500 Estate Agency Companies in UK,4,000 Approximately here in London.
Currently I am looking into Rapid New Agent User Sign Ups and Fast Efficient Listsings by the Agents of their Property Listings or Development Sites,the latter of which relate to stage 3 of my own Estate Agency Proposition.
Development Projects are in all size ranges throughout London & UK.
Funding Arranged[Full Funding Stack & Prompt Receipt and Legal Completion of it] for suitable projects.
I recently took the Free Trial of Clio Conveyancing,Legal Tech and Case Management Software to establish it is suitable for what I have in mind to Improve The Home Buying Process,Fast Track Funding For Property Developers and Equity Investment in Companies.

Now I will look into Legal Engineering,Automation & AI and how that can further assist solicitors to better fulfill the legal needs of current or Future New Clients.
