Failure in Respect To Dealing With all Legal Documentation Between Prospective Crowd Investors or Larger Equity Investors and Property Developer and the timing of receipt of it by Investors combined with other Neglect By Developer and/or Platform causes fundraise perioids to bevcome protracted.

I do not know where CrowdStreet are with it all now,BUT I do know here in UK some Platforms and those who own/run them do not grasp what is holding them back given the useful function they could provide in raising the Junior Funding compoent of the capital stack for suitable property developers.
