Overview
Insider’s South West residential property awards returns in 2025 for its sixth year! The residential property market is booming across the region and new developments ranging from the vast to the boutique are in the works or recently completed all across the South West. The market is also in a phase of significant evolution, with micro and macro global, national and regional events related to supply chain, the workforce, sustainability, affordability, community and more leading to the market having to adapt and innovate at speed. With this in mind there’s no better time to be hosting our annual property awards to celebrate the achievements of all the individuals and businesses involved in this thriving sector. We will once again be shining a spotlight on the very best schemes and projects and the work that is being done to keep pace with the huge demand for high quality and affordable homes. Our awards will showcase the best work which has been carried out in the region set against what has been an incredibly challenging landscape. The awards culminate in a gala evening that will bring together the leading lights of the residential property and construction sector in our region. The work of developers, affordable housing providers, architects, construction and a range of other industry professionals will be acknowledged at what is sure to be a great night for everyone involved.
