Introducing WiggyWam, the UK’s first fully interactive property platform that puts estate agents front and centre! Imagine a fusion of Facebook and LinkedIn with a fully integrated property portal. Add a powerful marketplace like Check-a-Trade but for all types of property-related businesses, including agents, solicitors, and trades. Top it off with a comprehensive online learning centre offering courses for everyone from estate agents and solicitors to buyers, sellers, and tenants. Imagine also, that if you wanted to, you  can produce training content yourself, and can host it on the platform, and can offer paid or free courses.

So let's take a look at the wiggywam property portal where agents can market unlimited residential and commercial properties. Firstly, there are no restrictions like the other portals have, such a postcode boundaries afterwhich they charge the agent more (the cost of another branch subscription in some cases which can be an extra £1500 a month!). Shocking. There is none of that with WiggyWam! Your subscription fee, which is a fraction of what the other portals charge, includes everything. No hidden extra charges. Totally transparent!

What’s even more incredible is your property listings are 100% Material Information compliant. And I don’t just mean a few extra fields like the other portals have, I mean around 300 pieces of material information. Obiously the information differs for every single property so some will have more, others will have less. And the best bit, other than feeding your properties to the wiggywam portal from your CRM system, you don’t have to do anything! An IMPORTANT INFORMATION button is added automatically to every one of your listings which provides access to ALL material information for the property! What it means to you the agent is you are fully compliant with Trading Standards requiring, with no risk of penalties or fines!

And it just gets better! In addition to providing potential buyers with all the information they need to make a decision on the property, they also have the option to get their ID checks done from the same Important Information button. AND, unlike other ID checking services, this one costs pennies. What’s even better is the ID checks are done once and can be shared with other professionals including solicitors, lenders and anyone else within WiggyWam such as other service providers, and externally. Where ever it is needed the buyer can provide it which includes attending property viewings and so one!

And the ID checks are not just for buyers. Agents (and to be fair, any service provider) would benefit from having it done for themselves too. The reason? To provide the much needed assurance to home movers and equally important, to stand out from the scammers!

You know the ones, they set up fake rental listings on facebook and elsewhere, hire airbnb properties, hold open day viewings and then fleece unsuspecting tenants out of deposits and dissappear! Agents who can be verified will provide that extra layer of assurance and weed out those criminals!

And having the I’M VERIFIED badge on your profile and elsewhere. This helps build that much needed trust for anyone looking for your type of service.

Another brucie bonus in terms of the portal is that buyers have multiple ways to connect and engage with agents direct – right inside the platform.

So for example, unlike other major portals who collect your messages from potential buyers and tenants, then filter them before being sent on to you, WiggyWam does not intefere AT ALL! There is absolutely NO MIDDLEMAN between you and the potential home movers!

Here’s an example of how it works on WiggyWam. Sees a property they like on Wiggywams portal, they’ve checked out the material information and it seems a perfect fit. They click on the Send message to this agent button on the property listing page, the messages goes into the agents inbox within their profile area, it also sends a notification to the agent’s email address they registered with.

If the agent wants to interact live with the potential buyer, then they simply add them as a contact and can then use the live chat tool where they can also share files if needed. They even have the option of doing a video conference call. Or can do a live group chat! There are multiple, effortless ways to communicate, all on one platform. No more reliance on 3rd party apps such as WhatsApp. And the best bit, a record of all your communications is in one platform which is accessibly 24/7.

Every property listing also displays a ratings and reviews link for the estate agent. These are linked to the agent’s marketplace listing, which is effectively their business profile and where they can really promote their brand and their team.

So lets introduce the marketplace. Picture any online ‘find a business or service’ type directory. Trust us when we say they are all pretty much the same. We’ll use check-a-trade in our example, because like wiggywam, it provides an option to rate and review businesses. But it could be any similar directory for the estate agent industry. Almost all of them take the same approach. From the business owner’s perspective, checkatrade have 4 account levels. The difference between them being the amount of leads they are sent from the platform. The first level is £30 plus vat monthly. This is basically a profile on the platform and no leads. The remaining 3 subscriptions are £99, £159 and £269 per month plus vat. The only difference being the number of leads the platform sends them, which are between 30 and 60 a year for the first level, between 84 and 132 for the second, and 168 and 252 for the top subscription.

The leads are generated when a user searches for a trade, they have to complete a lengthy form to identify what they want and when, and provide detailed contact information. They do not get to select whose leads are sent to them as this is decided by the platform.

But wait… would you be happy with a platform deciding what leads are sent to you? Also, are you happy with the fact that the same leads are sent to loads of other providers in your area? The platform does provide a search function so the public can search by postcode, this then presents a lits of providers in their area. There is no ability to refine the search to allow users to filter based on criteria that matters to them, so its opening the profiles of as many as they can be bothered with until they find a match. Trust me after doing this a few times, they get fed up and will go with one of the ones they’ve already opened, which will always be one presented at the top of the list. The rest of the profiles have much less chance of being selected.

Now, let’s explore the WiggyWam Marketplace.

This is no ordinary business directory with ratings and reviews! First off, it is fully interactive allowing potential leads to engage directly with your agency. It is also your staff directory, so potential buyers, sellers and tenents can engage with your team too, providing even more opportunities to acquire new clients! And in addition to your branch, all staff can be rated and reviewed, and grow their personal brand through content they produce and share on WiggyWam, and through their engament with other members of the community and beyond.

The marketplace profiles are unlike any other, they don’t just list contact details, a gallery and an opportunity send a message. They offer far more. Firstly, virtually all fields in a profile listing are filterable. This means you can click on any one of them, such as a town, postcode, or specific values such as services or indeed anything else and it filters to that criteria instantly.

Then there is the search facility which allows users to search based on keywords, and the ability to filter to much more granular levels using other fields and criteria. Best bit is you can compare side by side and even create your own permenant and temporary lists on the fly. You can also create alerts for every filter you create which sends an email notification to you when any new additions are posted that meet your criteria.

This is particularly useful for receiving incoming leads from members who post service requests in the marketplace. This acts as a 24/7 lead generating machine firing off notifications when posts come in matching the services you offer. There is lots more to the marketplace but hope you get the gist of it.

Now lets talk about the community. WiggyWam is a full blown social network with virtually every single function and feature you’d find on the global social networks. With public timelines, groups, chat rooms, video calling, live chat, ability to run polls, share videos, podcasts, articles and other content. BUT the best bit is, it is created just for the UK and all things property related. No global noise. Just business, and more specifically property related business! It is a community made up of estate agents, solicitors, lenders and other property professionals, plus trades and other service providers. It also includes home buyers, sellers and tenents along with anyone who needs any other proerty related services. This is unique. This is different!

There is also a fully fledged event management system within the community, that not only allows you to showcase and manage events you host, or events others host outside the platform such as indutry events that you want to share, but you can also provide both paid and free ticket events. What’s great about this, is WiggyWam provides an events management app which allows you to scan in attendees at your event, no more list checking and so on. This goes into your event management area Every event has its own built in community of attendees, with its own timeline, discussion area, content sharing, polls and more. Where all attendees can contribute, ask questions and more. All attendees receive an e-ticket containing a QR code which is scanned at checkin.

The best bit for agents is WiggyWam has an option to include upcoming Open day events in their property listings. These are displayed in the property details page and users can click to book attendance. At the open day, the agent simply scans in attendees using the check-in app.

Another crucial part of the WiggyWam eco-system are the property workspaces which sit inside the community area. These are basically a special type of Group that are specifically for property. They are created dynamically when any property is first listed for sale on WiggyWam.

These workspaces are pre-populated with a set of generic tasks for all parties, including the buyer, seller, and solicitors. The listing estate agency, is automatically assigned as the workspace owner, think project manager or co-ordiantor. They are responsible for inviting the other parties into the workspace. If for any reason the agent doesn’t want this role, it can be allocated to someone else on the team or even to a 3rd party virtual assistant that specialises in this.

When anyone ticks off one of their tasks in the workspace, it automatically sends a notification to every other workspace member. The same applies when members post questions and answers, share files, videos, and other content related to the sale within the workspace. The workspaces alone can dramatically reduce the number of emails and phone calls all parties receive, and ensures everyone is up-to-date and on the same page because they’re all seeing the same information and nothing is lost in translation! For home movers, their tasks and milestones includes links to a learning centre where they can watch videos about the whole buying, selling and renting process, that explain the roles of all parties and so on. This saves agents time, not having to explain repeatedly to each new client they take on.

On that note, lets introduce the learning centre which has tons of tutorials for agents, home movers and others . This already boasts a variety of free and paid courses, and you can add your own. So if you provide training of any kind, you can monitise it. You can allocate certificates to students, accept feedback, create modules, exams, tests, and more. And once they’ve completed the course, they can rate and review it. You can also set up your own tutor group to further support the training you offer, or join one for any courses you take.

Wiggywam contains other invaluable tools such as forums and a powerful survey creation tool that’s way better than survey monkey where you have full control over your surveys and data. But we’ll let you explore those yourself when you are ready!
