Why Is The Property Market So Vanilla?

Interesting way to describe the UK housing market, right...? Vanilla...

It conjures up images of being plain and boring...and all just a little bit...beige...

Sure, the looking for properties bit is quite exciting - trying to find the needle-in-a-haystack place that will become your dream home - the place to enjoy with your friends and family for years to come.

And once you've found it...then the pain starts...

And if you need to sell, isn't it just pain squared?

Most people selling and buying need the help of a solicitor and estate agent, but have you noticed how they're all offering pretty much the same?

I mean, how much do things really differ from one agent to the next?

And doesn't everyone just call three solicitors for a price and go with the cheapest?

Did any lawyer try and impress you with the service they offer? And tell you what insane value for money they were going to provide you with, just for working with them?

Chances are, you were asked to share a little bit about the property and then they gave you a price for doing the job. And if you were lucky, they confirmed it in an email afterwards (with maybe some marketing literature).

But isn't it true that the general house buying and selling public want a little bit more in today's high-tech world?

Rather than being funnelled into the beige sausage machine that is the way all homes are bought and sold in the UK...?

We hope you agree, it's time for a (colourful) property processing revolution - one which puts the client (you know, the one who's paying everyone else's wages) at the centre of the deal and gives them the best service possible.

We hope you'll join us on this journey of transformation - and share your moving experiences (both good and bad) with us, so we can help make the changes which are long overdue.

Welcome to the property processing revolution. WiggyWam. We're just getting started.
