The Alias will be used as part of the URL.

Private surveys will not be shown on front-end surveys listing. Users can take the survey only with a Unique Survey Url or Global Survey Url. You can invite users from the component or can manually invite users to take survey.
If you want to redirect the user to an external url after completing the survey, enter such url in this field. If left blank, either consolidated report or end of survey message is shown as per your settings.
Enter maximum number of responses allowed for this survey.
Restrictions
Select the methods to use to restrict the users from taking the survey multiple times.
The unique key used for creating unique survey urls.
Enter the detailed description about your survey which will be shown on introduction page.
Enter the message that should be displayed at the end of the survey response. If you set redirect url or enabled consolidated report, this option will not be used.
Enter the message that will be shown at the top of each page in your survey.

Restrict maximum number of responses per user. Applies only if any one of the restriction methods are enabled in the survey. This option is ignored if the survey is being accessed with a unique survey key.
Restricts the users from responding to this survey only from selected countries. If user try to respond from any other country, he will be shown error. Do not select any country to allow responses from all countries.
If enabled, you will be notified through an email notification when a user respond to the survey.
Repeatable Fields

Enter comma separated list of email ids to which the new response notifications will be sent.
If enabled, a PDF report of the user response is attached to the new response email notification sent to survey owner.
If enabled, the survey responses are treated as anonymous and no user tracking information will be captured. A notice message shown before starting the survey about the same.
Shows captcha to the users before they start the survey. Survey intro must be enabled for this to work. Also captcha plugin must be enabled in Plugin Manager and default captcha should be selected in Global Configuration.
If enabled a message is displayed to the respondants that this survey is anonymous or onymous survey and the responses captured accordingly. Recommended to enable it.
If enabled, no introduction page will be displayed and questions will be shown directly. Since the response is created as soon as the survey link is clicked, it is good idea not to disable this when the links exposed to search engines.
If enabled, the survey will be shown with your Joomla template, otherwise survey will be shown on full page without and site template.
Shows survey report at the end of response.
Shows data labels on the charts with their values.
Shows dropdown list of pages using which the user can directly go to certain page. Becareful with showing this option as it will simply shows selected page and may interefere with the conditional rules on the current page. Also users may skip pages by using this option.
Show the progress bar if the survey is multipage survey.
Shows title of the page while taking survey.
Show the button to save the page and stay on the same page. Useful when there are many questions and users need to save the page to avoid session timeouts.
Show the button to go to previous page. Applicable only for multipage surveys. Please do not enable this button if your survey has conditional rules.
Show the button to go to home page.
Enter the URL that should be used for redirecting the user when clicking on the Cancel button. Leave it empty to use default redirection.
If set to Show, the article title is shown.

If enabled, social bookmarking/sharing buttons will be shown on survey pages.
